Florence Rooms Novella

Nice Twin Room 🛏️ I requested a twin room, and I got one that was tidy and cozy with a double bed. the room even had a coffee maker and glassware, which was a nice touch.

The hotel was located just next door to main attractions of the city, the train station of Santa Maria Novella, and town centre. The room I booked was neat and comfy, complete with large window and double bed, as example. The property had a central location in a gated area. Florence Historic Center district was worth exploring.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The location was excellent and unbeatable, with a train station near the hotel. Took a walk around city center, located just a short stroll away from the property.

The room we stayed in had a kitchen with a fridge, oven, and microwave. It was so convenient to be able to cook our own meals. The seating area in the room was very comfortable. We could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The free WiFi in the guestrooms was a great bonus. We could stay connected and share our trip photos with friends and family. Some rooms even had a balcony, which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee outside and taking in the view. In one of the twin rooms, we found a microwave, stovetop, and electric kettle. It made it easy for us to prepare quick snacks or drinks. The dormitory room we stayed in had a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, an oven, and an electric kettle. It was perfect for our group. Although the bathrooms were shared, they were clean and well-maintained. We didn't have any issues during our stay. It was reassuring to have a safety deposit box in the room. We felt secure leaving our valuables behind.

Personally, I would have preferred if the dormitory room had more kitchenware. It was a bit limited for our cooking needs.

The local staff where professional. The unit we got was reasonably large with double bed, large window, as example.

Conveniently located near major city attractions and Santa Maria Novella train station. The staff here is super friendly 😊.

Great location, perfect if you love the sound of trains and uncomfortable beds. Helpful staff, especially when they're not at the reception. Cons: The lack of reception staff made it impossible for me to complain about the bed bugs. But hey, at least the bathrooms were nice!

Great location and exactly what we were looking for - close to a train station. We were able to explore the city center with just a short walk from here. 🚶‍♂️

Great location near the train station and city center. The spacious 6 bed female dorm was comfortable and had friendly staff. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were convenient amenities. The balcony and small terrace were nice spots to relax.

The uncomfortable beds, but the rest of the stay was enjoyable. The host was kind and helpful, and there was a cafe downstairs for a good start to the day.

The staff here are really helpful and my room was quite spacious with a comfortable double bed.
